Appointments can be booked, cancelled or rescheduled using online booking platform.

  • Sign-in to patient profile using Health card number and Date of Birth
  • Review upcoming appointments and any pending tasks for the appointment.

  • Book appointments with your primary care provider or nurse.
  • Verify and Update contact info while booking.

Cancelling Appointments
  • Cancel your upcoming appointments​​(online or manually booked) up to 24-hours before the appointment time.
